JAE Appeals 2025
The 2025 Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE) Appeal Exercise is for candidates who have not been posted to Jurong Pioneer Junior College (JPJC) under the JAE Posting Exercise. Candidates admitted to other institutions via Direct School Admission (DSA-JC) are not eligible for this exercise.
JAE posting results will be released on Tuesday, 4 February 2025. Appeals for admission to JPJC will commence on Tuesday, 4 February 2025 and end at 4pm on Friday, 7 February 2025.
Candidates who wish to appeal for transfer to JPJC will need to meet the college’s course cut-off point (COP) in 2025, subject to the availability of vacancies and fulfilment of the college’s admission requirements.
All appeals application must be completed online. The online application form can be accessed here. (Portal will be open) during the period of JAE Appeals 2025.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
All shortlisted candidates will be notified before the end of the appeal period. Candidates are required to bring both the original and a duplicate copy of the following documents:
- JAE Form A
- Latest O-Level results slip
- Secondary school results slips
- CCA records
- Secondary school testimonial
- Other relevant supporting documents

Students are required to apply online through this portal. Please note that we do not accept hard copy application forms.
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified via email to attend an interview with the school leaders and HODs. More details will be provided in the email notification. In the event that you encounter difficulties uploading your GCE ‘O’ Level results slip and other relevant documents via our online portal, you may email the softcopy documents to jpjc@moe.edu.sg. For information about subject combinations and pre-requisites, you may refer to this webpage.
Successful applicants will be notified of the outcome of their appeal application through a phone call. You will be required to bring along your original GCE ‘O’ Level results slip and Form A for verification as well as a photocopied set of the following documents:
latest ‘O’ Level result slips,
secondary school testimonials,
secondary school CCA records, and
other supporting documents.
Important Note
All applicants are required to report to the college that they are posted to by the Ministry of Education on 2 Feb 2024 (Fri), 0730hrs, pending the outcome of their appeal application to Jurong Pioneer Junior College.
