Returning Singaporeans (RS)
Returning Singaporeans who wish to seek admission to JC1 in the next academic year must meet the requirements set by MOE and are strongly encouraged to register for the School Placement Exercise for Returning Singaporeans - Junior Colleges and Millennia Institute (SPERS-JC/MI). This is a centralised merit-based placement exercise conducted for returning Singaporeans who wish to join Year 1 of a junior college (JC) or Millennia Institute (MI) at the beginning of the next academic year.

Returning Singaporean applicants must provide their personal particulars, contact details, academic results, co-curricular achievements and other relevant supporting documents in their application.
Please click here to download the admission application form. For applicants who have sat for the SPERS-JC/MI, they must include their list of eligible JCs and/or test results. All documents should be submitted through postage mail or in person to JPJC by 31 December to be considered for admission in the next academic year.
Shortlisted applicants will called up for interview and further placement tests may be required to ascertain desired subject combination. Any decision taken by the college is final.

International Students (IS)
International Students (IS) who wish to seek admission to JPJC must meet the requirements set by MOE and take a centralised assessment (J-PACT - Junior College Principals Academy Certification Test) conducted by Principals Academy Inc (PAI). Please note that J-PACT results only provide a benchmark for all international students seeking admission to junior colleges in Singapore and do not in any way guarantee a place in any junior colleges. For information and instructions on J-PACT test schedule/fees and important notes for application, please visit J-PACT website here.
IS applicants who have passed the J-PACT test and wish to be considered for admission will need to submit their applications. Please submit the completed application form, J-Pact test results and other relevant supporting documents in person, through postage mail or via email to jpjc@moe.edu.sg by before 31 December to be considered for admission to JC1 in the next academic year. Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed and/or required to take placement tests to ascertain their suitability for admission and desired subject combination. Any decision taken by the college is final. Please note that there is no financial aid for international students in JPJC.
