Syllabus & Assessment
Students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of physical activities, including individual, dual, or team sports, based on their preferences. Additionally, health and fitness knowledge is seamlessly integrated into their physical activities and NAPFA Test training.
Key Features of the Programme:
- Skill Development: Students will spend at least 6 hours in one chosen sport, developing the skills necessary to participate independently, safely, and competently at a recreational level.
- Inter-class Games: A culminating event designed to consolidate and celebrate their learning.
- Safety and Sportsmanship: Emphasis is placed on acquiring safety skills and cultivating an appreciation for fair play and good sportsmanship.
Assessment
- Formative Assessment: Includes peer and self-assessment to encourage reflection and improvement.
- NAPFA Test: Conducted for JC2 students to assess their physical fitness.
